Pretty low expectations if you ask me. Here’s a myth that might say something of some peoples opinion of Las Vegas as the ‘City of Sin’. It’s been said that when wedding couples arrive at some of the all night wedding chapels, if the bride to be is wearing white, they are turned away. The premise behind this myth is that white signifies purity and virginity and the ministers in Las Vegas don’t want any couple to begin their marriage with a lie between them.
While it’s pretty presumptuous than no woman married in a all night chapel in Las Vegas isn’t a virgin, this myth also isn’t true. The ministers in Las Vegas make no judgements on a person’s state of virginity or their wedding attire. Hell, get married in feathers! What do they care?
